Traci Mara
Traci has been involved in the manufactured and modular home industry since 1994. She has been an active owner since 2005. Traci is a current board member for Manufactured and Modular Home Association of MN. You will typically find her at the Paynesville Office.
Stacy Flanders
Stacy has been involved in the manufactured and modular home industry since 200l. She has been an active owner since 2005. Stacy attends the annual meetings to keep up on the current codes of the general contractor license. You will typically find her at the Paynesville Office.
Kathy Dahms
Kathy joined Factory Home Center in 1986. We are lucky to have her on our team overseeing the factory service requests, the administrative duties at the Redwood Falls office, and keeping everything organized. You will always be greeted with a smile that will make you feel at home.
Dan Ruprecht
Dan has been involved in the manufactured and modular home industry since 1984. He has experience with all aspects of manufactured homes, from parts and service to home installation. His primary focus is on manufactured homes. Dan will float between locations.
Eric Leyendecker
Eric joined our team in 2016 and is now our General Manager overseeing our project scheduling and day to day tasks. He still continues to learn more about the industry every day. Eric will typically be found in our Paynesville location.
Nathan Lieser
Nathan joined Factory Home Center in 2017. He brings many years of experience in the construction field. His primary focus will be new modular and manufactured home sets and services. He will most often be on the road working on new home sets and service calls.
Diane Lieser
Diane joined our team in 2018. She will be playing a key role at our Paynesville location by helping oversee the administrative duties and helping the team keep everything organized and running smoothly. She will be greeting you by phone and when you walk through the door of our Paynesville location.
Debbie Brown
Debbie joined us in 2019 in our Princeton location. She came from a family business. Debbie will be greeting customers along with helping customers find a new home.
Wyatt Renne
Wyatt joined our team in 2021 and came with a background in the new home-building process. His primary focus will be new modular and manufactured home sets and service calls. He is eager to learn more about the modular and manufactured home process.
Mike Renne
Mike joined our team in 2021. He comes to us with 25+ years of experience in the construction field. His primary focus will be new modular and manufactured home sets and service calls. He will be found on the road working on new home sets and service calls.
Kailey Lieser
Kailey joined the company in 2020. Her primary focus is a sales consultant for modular and manufactured homes. She comes to us with a construction background and learning from her husband in the field. She looks forward to meeting with you and assisting in your home buying process. Kailey will typically be found at the Paynesville office.
Mike Neudecker
